Refund & Replacement Policy

This Refund & Replacement Policy applies to Catholic Art, a company providing religious artwork and related services through our website, catholicart.com. By making a purchase from Catholic Art, you agree to the terms of this policy, as well as our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

1. All Sales Are Final

Since our artwork is custom printed to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size selection, or buyer's remorse. Please review your order carefully before purchasing, including product details, dimensions, and descriptions.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, we will issue a free replacement or a full refund.

Please contact us at adam@catholicart.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the damaged or wrong item
  • A photo of the packaging (if damaged in shipping)

We will review your claim and send a replacement immediately at no cost to you. You do not need to return the damaged item.

3. Wrong Item Received

If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, please contact us at adam@catholicart.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item received. We will send the correct item at no additional cost to you.

4. Customer Responsibility

Please ensure that all order details, including shipping address and product selections, are accurate at the time of purchase. Catholic Art is not responsible for issues arising from incorrect information provided by the customer, such as delivery to an incorrect address.
