Luca Signorelli (1450–1523) was a painter of the Sienese school, born in Cortona. He trained under Piero della Francesca and Andrea del Verrocchio. Among his documented works are Adoration of the Magi, Adoration of the Shepherds and Sermon and Deeds of the Antichrist.
