Lorenzo Costa (1460–1535) was a painter of the Italian Renaissance, born in Ferrara. He trained under Benozzo Gozzoli. He died in Mantua in 1535. Among his documented works are Bentivoglio Altarpiece, Allegory of Isabella d'Este's Coronation and The Reign of Comus.
