Fra Bartolomeo (1472–1517) was a painter of the Renaissance, born in Prato. He worked in Florence. He trained under Piero di Cosimo and Cosimo Rosselli. He died in Florence in 1517. Among his documented works are The Vision of Saint Bernard, Lamentation and God the Father with Sts Catherine of Siena and Mary Magdalen.
